I just recently purchased an iPhone 3GS and these five apps are ones I found while doing some research for myself. Now be warned, I don’t have deep pockets so I have not purchased any of these apps with the exception of Roadee. So instead of being a review, this is merely a list which showcases each app as described in the apple app store. Each of these apps should work with an iPhone 3G or 3GS. We have been looking for a house to purchase in Beaumont since we moved down here back in November 08. We are almost done, just playing the waiting game now on financing and paperwork. The house is really nice. Its got a clean look and feel to it. It has all the features that Sarah and I were looking for, minus a 2 car garage for me 
We must have looked at 20+ houses before we settled on this one. We found the house early on but wanted to see if anything was better or cheaper. There wasn’t anything better in our price range, with the features we wanted. Since we have animals, we like hardwood floors, so that was a requirement. It also needed a nice size backyard for our dog Siena and so Sarah can plant some flowers. We also wanted to have a house that wasn’t a “fixer-upper.” I am ok with minor repairs here and there but I’m far from being a handyman. This house is a 3 bedroom so we have our guest bedroom and an office for me. I think it will be a nice fit for us.
Our closing date is scheduled for May 22nd. Hopefully everything will go well. I will keep everyone posted.

Radiohead is basically saying “here is all of our instruments from this song go and have fun!” God bless Radiohead! I could shed a tear right now. They have also launched a site for you to upload your remixes and have the public vote on the best ones. You even get a HTML widget you can put on your blog, myspace, facebook, etc. I think Radiohead is the only band out there that knows their audience and willing to go against the mold.

I was talking to a friend the other day and he asked me for my favorite podcasts. After rambling off a couple he said “That is something you need to put on your website,” so blog post to the rescue!
Most of the podcasts I listen to are tech-heavy. Just a warning. I will list each one and give a short description of each an whether its an audio or video podcasts. I have 3 categories: Tech, Gaming, and Misc. I personally use a 30GB Zune (Brown)
This is one of the best movies I've seen all year. The director is clearly a visionary. It is genius the way the director mixed in real apartheid footage mixed in with CG to give the movie a "documentary" feel. The movie's breakneck pace kept your interest throughout the whole movie.

Some good scares at certain parts but the shaky cam effect made me feel like I was watching Cloverfield all over again.

This is Jennifer Jason Leigh's first feature film. This movie is filled with horror movie cliques but it has enough campy horror violence to keep most horror movie buffs entertained.

I was shocked that I liked this horror/suspense/thriller. I'm not sure what to call it. Its not your conventional horror film but it was tastefully done and started and ended right. It started slow then when ballistic towards the end. Its the type of movie that will leave you on the edge of your seat. It does have its fair share of "torture porn" scenes ala Hostel but its not every scene in the movie. The torque scenes are placed there to evoke a reaction to the audience and it does that in spades.

Great popcorn action movie. I love word that David Twohy created for Riddick. Can't wait for the sequel!
